EU States Offer Britain ‘Ambitious’ Ties After Brexit, but No Frictionless Trade by REUTERS

European Union states said on Friday that they wanted an “ambitious” future relationship with Britain but that this would not mean frictionless trade, as they met to prepare a text by Nov 25 to accompany the draft Brexit deal.
