Senator Asks EPA to Stop Montreal Sewage-Dumping Plan by THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Sen. Charles Schumer asked U.S. environmental regulators Friday to work with Canadian officials to stop the city of Montreal from dumping 2 billion gallons of raw sewage into the St. Lawrence River.
